A manufacturing lead time is not a guaranteed international arrival date.
Destination and recipient
Provide the country, delivery address, recipient and required arrival window. Confirm any import information before dispatch.
Packing and transport
Discuss protection for finished surfaces and heavy or fragile parts. Express, air or freight options are evaluated for the shipment.
Shipment evidence
Confirm the carrier, tracking reference, packing list and commercial documents for the shipment. Use the actual carrier estimate for transit.
Make costs and responsibilities explicit
The destination, final use and transport feasibility are reviewed before commitment.
Import charges
The quote must state which import taxes, duties or clearance charges are included and which remain payable locally. Do not assume worldwide tax-paid delivery.
Agreed trade rule
When using Incoterms, agree the rule, named place and version. Separate payment, quality and issue-resolution terms still need to be agreed.
Destination review
Carrier availability, customs requirements and restricted destinations or end uses can change the plan or prevent acceptance.

Include the destination and target arrival date. Engineering confirms the feasible production and shipping plan.
